About international shipping
1. Customs duties
For overseas deliveries, customs duties may be incurred depending on the country or region you live in. If customs duties are incurred, please be sure to pay them yourself.
2. Problems during delivery
Please note that if a shipped item cannot be delivered to you due to an unknown address or loss during delivery, it will be disposed of, and we cannot provide a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Estimated shipping costs
Shipping overseas requires more work than domestic delivery, such as special packaging and preparing customs documents. In addition, some countries and regions, such as the United States, require customs duties and related fees to be paid in advance before shipping, and these costs are included in the shipping fee.
As a result, international shipping costs are higher than domestic shipping. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
